How much does it cost to setup a web site?
You must first secure a domain name -
SynapticWebDesigns.com can do that for you.  There is a $25.00 fee for the initial registration of your domain name. Your domain name will be renewable at a rate of $25.00 per year.
There is a monthly charge for hosting your site on a server. Prices vary depending on the features required for your site.

Design costs vary with many determining factors involved. Generally, prices start at $200 for the home page or a single page web site. Web sites requiring more graphics work cost more than simpler layouts. Additional pages cost $100 to $150 per page. Content is a major factor in determining costs and time required to setup site. How many pages will I need?
Needs vary. We will determine how many pages you need after learning more about your company and goals. 

What will my web site address be?
Your web address will be: www.yourdomainname.com.

Who actually owns my web site?
When we register your domain, the person you designate will be listed as the administrative and billing contact.  You are the owner of your web site.

Do I have a say in what my web site looks like?
Yes!  Your web site is your image on the web.  Only you know what is appropriate for your company or individual page. We will publish your site during development on a private page here so you can give us your input through the design process.

How long will it take to have my web site created?
What usually takes the longest is gathering the necessary information. Most sites are up within ten days.
